We may request that you voluntarily supply us with personal information, including your e-mail address for purposes such as correspondence. If you choose to give us personal information via the Internet that we or our business partners may need – to correspond with you, that information will not be used for any other purposes other than communicating with you.
Like many other commercial sites, our site(s) may utilize a standard technology called a “cookie” to collect information about how our site is used. Cookies were designed to help a web site recognize a user’s browser as a previous visitor and thus save and remember any preferences that may have been set while the user was browsing the site. A cookie cannot retrieve any other data from your hard drive, pass on a computer virus, or capture your email address.

At any time while assessing our site(s), any user while online may “opt-out” of further email contact from us (while still allowing access to our site).

However, you may download or make one copy of the Materials, and other downloadable items displayed on the site, for personal non-commercial home use only, provided all copyright and other notices contained in the Materials are left intact. Please be notified that there may be filming, photography and/or recordings at most events in the Hershey Centre. By entering and by your presence during the event, you consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada, as it is applied to agreements entered into and performed within that Province. Any action brought to enforce this agreement or matters related to the site shall be brought in by the Province or Federal Government of Canada. If any provision of this agreement is deemed void, unlawful or otherwise unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be severed from this agreement and the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in force. This contains the entire agreement between you and the Hershey Centre concerning your use of the site, and the agreement shall not be modified, except in writing, signed by both parties.
LOST AND FOUND:
Please see a Guest Services Representative during an event for lost items; or the Guest Services desk if visiting the Mississauga SportZone or Community Rinks. Items are inventoried and stored in Lost & Found where they are kept for at least 30 days, at which time if not claimed, they are forwarded to charity. For inquiries, contact Event Services at 905-502-9100 x2929.
Public elevators are located at Gates B/C, inside the Community Rinks (near Gate D) and in the Mississauga SportZone (near Gate N). Elderly guests, guests with disabilities, suites holders, and members of the media should be granted priority.
ATM / PAY PHONES:
There are 3 ATMs servicing the property, managed by Access Cash (1-888-289-3939). They are located inside Hershey Centre Main Entrance (Gate A), inside the Community Rinks lobby (near Gate D), and beside the Customer Service Desk in the Mississauga SportZone (near Gate N).
Pay phones are located in each lobby space across the property.
Paramedics are on hand during all events at Hershey Centre. Guests requiring first aid assistance, in any area of the facility, are urged to contact facility staff.
All buildings at 5500 and 5600 Rose Cherry Place are non-smoking facilities. Smoking is prohibited within 9 metres of any main doorway/entrance. A designated smoking area is assigned during major events in the Hershey Centre at section 9 on the concourse.
BABY CHANGE STATIONS / FAMILY ROOMS:
Baby change stations are located in the Community Rinks and Mississauga SportZone restrooms. The Hershey Centre main arena has change stations in restrooms located at sections 6, 7, 20, and 21 on the concourse.
Family restrooms are located in the Community Rinks and Mississauga SportZone.
Hershey Centre staff are trained in assisting with lost children/parents while visiting our facility. Please contact a Guest Services Representative for details and remain with that staff member until the child/parents are found.
For family events, an area is set up on the concourse near Gate A for stroller parking. A Guest Services Representative will be happy to direct you. At all other times, strollers may not be taken into the bowl seating, nor are they permitted to be stored in section entrances, stairways, and aisles.
There is an on-site pro shop located in the Community Rinks (at Gate D) which operates during the peak hockey season only. Further information on operating hours and merchandise/services can be obtained from the Pro Shop directly, or by calling 905-502-9100 x4694.
All media must have appropriate credentials, which is approved through our Marketing Manager (see “Staff“), the Mississauga Steelhead’s office, the Raptors 905 office, and/or the Event Promoter.
Credential photographers may take photos from designated vomitories or sections . Note: no more than 2 photographers per vomitory/section entrance.
Souvenirs for most events will be available at various locations on the concourse. Mississauga Steelheads’ souvenirs are also available at The Bait Shop, located in the main entrance of the Arena (Gate A). Raptors 905 souvenirs are available at the pop-up location courtside on game day.
OHL & NBA-D EVENTS:
Guests are reminded that pucks or balls will occasionally leave the playing surface into the seated areas of the bowl. When a puck/ball is in play, staff will ask guests to wait in the section entrance until a stoppage in play to return to their seat.
